Your answer may already be here.

18 questions

General

How much time for our employees?
About 1 hour 15 minutes per employee per year, in short courses spread across the year: little disruption, better retention.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on your headcount, the start-up package and what you delegate to us. We get back to you with a proposal.
Does the revFADP require us to train our employees?
The revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) does not mandate training by name, but it does require organisational measures proportionate to the risk. Raising your employees' awareness is one such measure, documented by your campaign reports. See the revFADP training

Annual campaign

See the page
Who needs to be involved on our side?
Management, HR, IT and Communications are invited to the kick-off; the communication style is decided there with you.
Our IT is outsourced: is that a problem?
No. Preparing the platform environment, access, user groups and reports is part of our managed service.
What about new employees?
Their onboarding during the campaign can be handled by our managed service.

Phishing test

See the page
Is the point to catch our employees out?
No. The test reproduces a real threat to measure and to train: whoever clicks sees the missed clues straight away, without blame.
Are the results reported per person?
They are used collectively, for teaching and measurement.
Will our filters block the test?
Not if your IT team allow-lists the sending address and the dedicated IP listed in the platform guide before we send; the platform's support helps if anything is blocked.
One test or several?
A first test gives your starting point. Repetition, across an annual campaign, is what measures progress. See the annual campaign

E-learning

See the page
Which topics are covered?
Around thirty core topics (phishing, passwords, social engineering, remote working, ransomware, cloud), short modules on current threats, and paths by job role.
In which languages?
Courses and quizzes exist in 40 languages; each employee chooses the one they train in, from the languages in your package. Posters, newsletters and the other materials also exist in every language of the platform.
How do our employees log in?
The platform supports SSO, and the SCIM function can synchronise users with your directory (AD): two options enabled during setup.
Can we try it before committing?
A demonstration is possible as part of a project: tell us about yours below. To see how we run the campaign afterwards: the annual campaign.

On-site training

See the page
Do we need to take the e-learning first?
No. On-site training comes into its own as a complement to e-learning: the session in the room goes deeper and clears up doubts.
Who delivers the sessions?
An Awareness Expert trainer, specialised in information security awareness, in French, German or English.
What do we need to provide?
A room, a projector or screen, an internet connection and an internal contact for coordination. After that, all we need is the list of participants per group.
Can the topics be adapted?
Yes. The modules are independent: choose one or more, in the order that suits you.
